Town autobody is looking for an Autobody Technician.
Auto Body Technicians are an integral part of our operations. The technician is responsible for completing all body repairs as listed on the repair order with minimum supervision. Following our repair procedures and quality guidelines, the technician repairs the vehicle and readies it for the refinishing process Job Duties
Responsibility
- Repair and/or Replace body panels, fenders, grills, etc
- Timely completion of all tasks as per the specified deadline
- Use frame machines to straighten bent frames and unitized bodies
- Repair Dents Properly Bring metal as close as possible
- Apply and Sand body filler
Requirements
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently in a busy team environment
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Able to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer literate
- No Red Seal Required (But an Asset)
